Week 2: Le Acque di Eolo
 

Le Acque di Eolo (The Waters of Eolo) will take place on the Aeolian Islands, just North of Sicily. The Aeolian Islands are made up of seven islands and they are mythical and ancient witnesses of the Mediterranean seaside life-style. Our base is a village on the island of Salina, in a small private hotel of perfect Mediterranean style, offering a panoramic view of the Aeolian Islands. Every room has a large, private terrace that faces the sea.

In addition to the yoga activities, we will make excursions to all the islands, sometimes with private boat. We will visit the natural beauty of the coasts, as well as the internal sites and villages. We will enjoy a stop for a natural mud bath in the black sands of Vulcano island and we will view the spectacular eruption of the active volcano Stromboli. There is a lot to discover on these islands in terms of local specialties and wine. Laura will of course be available for suggestions and planning travel extensions.
