We want to do everything we can to help you meet and hopefully exceed your personal expectations. Our approach with clients is direct and sincere. We ask you to complete a questionnaire so we can understand as much as possible about your interests, goals and constraints. We use this information as a basis for designing a customized Travel Plan Proposal.

We do a thorough investigation to find several options that meet your specified criteria. A Travel Plan Proposal takes about 2 weeks to develop from the moment we receive responses to the questionnaire. The Proposal will include a detailed itinerary with a description of destinations, accommodations and activities, as well as information about local transportation that might be required. As we put a lot of effort into developing the Proposal, we charge a fee of $150.00 for this service. However, this fee will be deducted from the final booking price if you decide to proceed with the reservation.

After completing the Proposal we will review it with you in detail to ensure that you understand all the options and associated pricing. We will make adjustments according to your preferences and even present new options if your preferences have changed.
