Laura was born and raised in Rome, Italy. As a teenager, Laura developed an interest in traveling which inspired her to study and earn a Diploma in Tourism. As well as Italian and English, Laura is fluent in Spanish and French.

During her early career, Laura worked in the Marketing organizations of multi-national companies where she planned and organized international congresses and events while traveling extensively throughout Europe. Soon after arriving, she decided to combine her passion for traveling and love of Italy to start her own travel business, Exclusively Italian.

In addition to running her business, Laura has taught Italian language and culture to students at the UCSD Extension program in La Jolla and at the Italian Cultural Center (ICC) of San Diego. At the ICC, Laura served as a Board member and as President of the Board, where she helped to organize local events to promote Italian culture. Laura also co-founded www.cafePellicola.com, a website that celebrates and provides reviews of classic and contemporary Italian cinema.

Today, while devoting most of her time to planning travel tours and vacations in Italy for her Exclusively Italian clients, Laura continues to give presentations and lectures on Italian culture to various audiences.
